Njajan Fest 2024, RB Rembang Semen Gresik's largest MSME Snack Festival, Successfully Records Total Sales of Rp 641 million
Rembang, September 25th, 2024 – Rumah BUMN (RB) Rembang, which is managed in a co-partnership between PT Semen Gresik and its parent company PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG), successfully held the biggest snack festival in Rembang Regency “Njajan Fest” on September 13-15, 2024 in the courtyard of Taman Kartini Rembang.
“Alhamdulillah, the Njajan Fest 2024 agenda went smoothly and successfully. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of thousands of visitors who packed the venue and were able to record a total transaction of Rp 641,809,200,” explained the Chairman of the Njajan Fest 2024 committee, Achmad Ghufron Nurrosyid.
He revealed that there were various types of culinary or snacks sold by 85 MSME players, plus 10 legendary culinary specialties from Rembang, such as chicken meatballs, laler satay, Mbah Siran's kopyor ice, and several other types of culinary.
The event was opened with a procession of gunungan products of fostered MSMEs, coloring competitions for kindergarten children, makeup, children's fashion shows, Rembang Idol, and mukbang competitions. The peak of the event will be closed with a special performance from creative economy actors, the Collaboraction fashion show.
“The mechanism in this event is quite “nrithik,” to become a tenant there must be curation, the talent that appears on the NjajanFest stage also has an audition. This must be done to present the best for the community. So, to participate in this activity, all presenters must make quality improvements. The committee hopes that Njajan Fest can be a benchmark/standard for the implementation of similar events in Rembang Regency. So that the people of Rembang can improve together,” he said.
Meanwhile, Senior Manager of Communication & CSR PT Semen Gresik, Sulistyono, expressed his gratitude and highest appreciation to all parties who took part in the success of 'Njajan Fest 2024'. This activity is a form of the company's real support for regional economic development.
“We are proud to be part of the development of MSMEs in the Rembang Regency and surrounding areas. From the success of this agenda, we hope that it can become a milestone for the progress and independence of MSME players,” he explained.
According to him, during its 4 years of existence, RB Rembang has recorded a total transaction of IDR 3.9 billion, with 415 MSME partners, and successfully held 112 training sessions for fostered MSMEs, millennials, and the community.
